Well.. This is my way of showing you guys how to become Intermediate and Elite. Even though I havent even reached Elite, I have seen tutorials that helped me understand the way of becoming a famous animator.
BECOMING PROFESIONAL AND EXPERT
If you have this exact same problem (oli) its because you do not have a style. All great animators have a style. Baha has the style of exact basic movement of realism. Others, like Jon have the no style, but are very good at animating. If I was you I would like baha more than Jon because Jon's style is boring and is nt interesting. Some like Silo, use a cartoony style. He has small stickmen with big heads and they move around quickly. Others have a style of effects, like Myzaru and make his animations interesting. Bert has the style of fight and effects, thats why his animations are interesting. Sticky Magic has the style of randomness. Like in his Chipz animation that Oli and I made a remake of because it looked really good! If you try to copy a style or say 'I tried to copy Bert's style' you will get something like, 'doesnt look like the origanal' or 'I've seen this style before, and it makes the animation boring'

Go do some test now maybe?
GOING PIVOT MAD
At this stage of life in pivot you should start to pivot for longer. Maybe even 13 hours like baha non-stop. But you should stop to relax your creative side of the brain. I recommend every 45 minutes take a 15 minute brake off the computer to relax your creative side of the brain. Although, do not go play video games if you are going to pivot some more after the 15 minutes. You need to recharge the imagination by maybe drawing, or reading a book?

GOING PIVOT MAD (part 2)
Some begginers (I used to do this) make an whole animation in 1 day. Even some vets do that, although they have fairly short animations. They would never reach 200 frames. I recommend that you take the brakes and spread out your pivoting throught the month. Maybe 50 frames a day. Do 50 frames and if you still have 45 minuts edit the frames untill they look perfect. The next day try to do another 50 and edit the frames.
